Symptoms of cancer depend on the cancer type and the stage, or how advanced it is, and the treatments include surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. For the more than 100 types of cancer, each has its own symptoms, characteristics, and effect on the body. Fatigue, however, is one of the most commonly experienced symptoms of both the disease and the treatments.
