How does your camera move? There are essentially two different types of camera movement. 1. The body of the camera itself remains fixed in space (often placed on a tripod), whilst the lens moves. For example, the lens can move sideways, either left or right, to create a horizontal camera movement called ‘panning’.

It makes sense to spend time and energy on writing it. ‘I like the difficulty of having to describe what I do, because it forces me to think about ideas and find some words that describe what I’m doing. But if I’m not successful, then I have to go back to it again and find a better way to describe it. I’m a little put off by the process. I wish it were easier, because it takes too much time and that’s what I resent.
