It is not a comprehensive list and NHS bodies must ensure that they include all relevant information pertaining to a particular contract.
7 Any cost savings are shared between the employer and the contractor. NHS bodies should ensure that any savings made by the contractor do not affect the quality of the Works at practical completion, to ensure that value for money is obtained.
